WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK
After many years in management, sales, telecommunications and satellite services, I have learned that some of the most useful professional lessons are not complicated.
They often begin with a simple question.
Are we really productive, or are we simply busy?
Do customers always buy the best solution?
Should the best employee automatically become the next manager?
Does twenty years of experience automatically make us better at what we do today?
Are we building professional relationships, or simply collecting contacts?
Will AI replace experience—or make experienced professionals more capable?
These are not questions that require a 300-page management textbook.
Sometimes they require only a few quiet minutes to think.
Lunch Break Thoughts was written for those moments.
